“ A lovely little place. Nice staff, food delicious, breakfast brilliant, room and bathroom very nice. The spa is not the best, cloakroom is tiny, cannot access lockers while other people are there. Door keeps being opened when people are naked and is right by reception!!! 1 locker given for 2 people to share (booked and paid for 2 massages!) ... With large winter coats, quite difficult to manage! 2 changing rooms only. The whole thing was very pocky and lets the place down. Also at breakfast, hot drinks machine cause a massive queue and give a tiny bit of lukewarm drink. Another machine would help, and larger, hoter dose too. Thank you ”
